Summary:
The Chief of Staff is responsible for providing day-to-day assistance and advice to the Market Executive, Branch Distribution; high visibility position tasked with augmenting the day-to-day activities of the Market Executive, Branch Distribution ensuring the seamless merger between conflicting priorities and the needs of the senior executive. Acts as a primary support function to Branch Distribution in management duties, communications, executive reporting and strategy definition.
Responsibilities:
Plans, deploys and manages capacity management process to ensure appropriate resourcing, sequencing and prioritization of segment impacts to the branches
Executes the defined management routines necessary for effective and efficient leadership interactions and problem solving
Facilitates the segment governance process to ensure effective and efficient problem solving, implementation planning and decision making across the segments
Ensure all segment compliance and regulatory activities are deployed in a timely manner, overseeing creation of all relevant materials and compliance related deadlines
Manage region strategic projects
Manage the Branch Distribution imperative reporting and communication process
May be required to directly manage BDSS or BBAM process as defined by the Market Executive
Primary location is Bethesda, MD but will be required to work out of McLean, VA
