Your charge will include significant liaison for the Agency with the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense senior staffs concerning national strategies, plans, future scenarios, trends, and multi-disciplinary guidance. Duties will include engaging with and influencing Intelligence Community and Department of Defense counterparts to develop and execute strategy and planning through teams and working groups; gathering corporate business data and perform high-level trend, threat, and futures analysis using a variety of environmental scan techniques to support Agency strategy development, scenario-based and capabilities-based planning, resource estimation, and performance measurement; and planning and coordinating strategic management processes used by agency leaders to make investment decisions.

Saddle Butte Systems, a recognized leader and trusted provider of highly effective integrated logistics support solutions, is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Configuration Management Lead for the management and control of hardware, software and maintenance configurations of project assets.  This position will be located at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station near Lexington Park, MD.  As a member of a development team, the CM Lead will play an integral role in the support of a major Unmanned Air Vehicle program.
 
Key responsibilities include:
·         Establishing and maintaining the consistency of the product's performance, as well as its functional and physical attributes where requirements and design are concerned
·         Providing direct Configuration Management support which includes maintaining the Configuration Management of the software and hardware within the CM database
·         Reporting on the accuracy and currency of CM data
·         Supporting configuration status accounting and auditing of all hardware and software as well as Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) activity
·         Preparing for and overseeing audits with standard NAVAIR configuration management processes (Physical Configuration Audit - PCA and Functional Configuration Audit - FCA)
·         Preparing responses to CM data calls
·         Reviewing technical drawings and documents for configuration management issues
·         Assisting in the planning, programming and budgeting relative to configuration management activities
