In this position you will conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood destroying organisms and/or insects, birds, or other vertebrate pests, for making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sell termite control protection and renewals, and/or monthly pest control protection to owners or agents of homes, stores or industries. By creative efforts, develop termite and/or pest control sales leads for each respective office lead furnished. Record accurate measurements and write correct descriptions of property inspected. Prepare appropriate specs and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policies.  Compute job treating cost from company pricing guidelines. Supervise collection effort on delinquent accounts of personal sales contracts. Contact customers after service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop additional prospects. Maintain prospect and callback files and activity records. Examine architectural drawings and specs and prepare estimate for soil treatment bids. Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition. Complete all appropriate training courses. Be aware of location and telephone number of local poison control center. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Three to six months related experience in sales and dealing with public; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. ______________________________________________________________________________________ MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Provides test area
with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data
and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, or new testing
requirements. Responsible for generating test plans from requirements and trouble
tickets.

Required skills;


Writes test plans from functional specifications, business requirements, and use
cases.

Creates test cases, test procedures, and test scripts as well as execute planned
tests and publish results and test summaries.

Works with the development staff to define, implement and utilize appropriate
verification steps throughout the development process.

Facilitates/coordinates meetings to obtain approval of test coverage and test scripts
from the user and software engineering groups.

Writes and executes manual and automated test scripts to ensure proper design
functionality in accordance with test plan objectives to meet the needs and
requirements of our external and internal customers.

Reports findings according to standards and procedures.

Works with customers and software engineers in analyzing requirements/designs.

Sets up test environments.

Performs other duties as required.
