Repsonsibilities will include:
US Government financial compliance
Monthly invoices to the NIH/BARDA including comments
Maintain and develop the IT systems to be aligned with future RFPs
Understanding the FAR clauses and resolving any FAR related issues
Overall responsibility for budgets and current costs on the RFP contracts
Overall responsibility for audits related to DCAA as well as external auditors
Participate in the application for all white papers and RFP's. Responsible for cost proposals
Participate in evaluating business opportunities in other agencies
Supervise 1-3 employees based internationally
